GMI GS700 natural gas and hydrogen detector
The GMI Gasuveyor 700 is an all-in-one solution for detecting natural gas and hydrogen. Whether it concerns pure natural gas, 100% hydrogen or hydrogen blends, the Gasurveyor 700 guarantees exceptional flexibility and performance. Ideal for indoor and outdoor leak detection, purging, confined space entry or pipeline gas testing (PGT).
This hydrogen detector also features intelligent data logging with optional GPS. Measurement data is of course stored, as well as calibration history or the results of a leak test.
Optionally, this can be linked to the GPS coordinates, so that it is clear at which location a measurement was taken.
The Gasurveyor 700 can operate in various modes. For example the Gas Leak Outdoors (GLO) mode, for investigating gas leaks outdoors. This mode supports the optional
barhole function. The Gas Leak Indoor (GLI) mode works in the same way as the GLO mode, but without barhole testing. The Confined Space Monitor (CSM) mode can be used prior to entering confined spaces, or for personal monitoring during work. The Purge mode can be used for air purging or gas purging applications. And finally the Search mode, which is used to quickly locate small leaks using a semiconductor sensor and
pump function.
Please note: because of cross-sensitivity and potential sensor damage, instruments configured to measure hydrogen cannot contain an oxygen, carbon monoxide or hydrogen sulphide sensor.
