Why measure the indoor climate?
A poor indoor climate can cause all kinds of problems, ranging from physical complaints to reduced productivity. The problem often lies in the temperature, the degree of draught (air velocity), air quality or humidity. If these factors are in order, the indoor climate is good. And that in turn helps to reduce absenteeism and long-term health complaints and to increase productivity and concentration.

But an air velocity, humidity or temperature that is too low or too high can be just as troublesome. Measuring heat stress
Although heat stress does have something to do with the indoor climate, we have nevertheless chosen to place this equipment in a different category, because different parameters are measured. Heat stress is about monitoring the temperature and humidity at which we are unable to give off our body heat, causing problems as a result. Think of sunstroke, hyperthermia and headaches, for example. Ultimately this can lead to accidents. Heat stress can be a major problem in heavy industrial work. With a WBGT meter you keep an eye on the right parameters and prevent accidents.
