Service and Calibration Technician (Southern Region)

As Service & Calibration Technician for the Southern Region at BaSystemen you spend your days maintaining, repairing and calibrating measuring equipment for occupational health and safety and the environment. Because this role mainly involves field service, in most cases this will concern gas detectors and gas analysers.

With your technical knowledge you quickly master the equipment and the technology behind it. Because we supply and maintain various brands and measuring instruments, no two days are the same. You will mainly work at our customers' (industrial) sites. There you represent our company not only with your technical expertise, but also with your helpfulness and willingness to think along.

Every day you are in contact by telephone and online with your colleagues throughout the country and with our office in Groningen. Every few weeks you get together to discuss various matters.

What qualities do you bring?

• Senior secondary vocational (MBO+) level of working and thinking.
• Experience with service/maintenance at clients' sites.
• Affinity with technology, instrumentation and maintenance.
• Professional, structured and willing to think along.
• A sense of humour and eager to learn.
