In order to keep providing good old-fashioned service to our growing customer base, we are now looking for an all-rounder in logistics. We also call this role: logistics administration officer. This job goes far beyond preparing parcels for shipment; we are looking for someone who keeps an eye on our stock levels and can monitor the status of maintenance. You are also customer-focused and communicate well in Dutch and English.
As a forward-thinking company, we work more and more with smart measuring equipment connected to cloud services. Our own administration has also been digitised through software. That is why it is important that you are comfortable with IT systems, while at the same time being creative and practical enough to pack expensive equipment properly in boxes and to assemble it in made-to-measure protective cases.
What qualities do you bring?
- Senior secondary vocational (MBO+) level of working and thinking.
- Experience with order processing and stock systems.
- The drive to see things through.
- Professional, structured and willing to think along.
- A sense of humour and eager to learn.

About BaSystemen
We are specialists in measuring instruments for occupational health, environment and safety. Think of measuring equipment for monitoring explosive and toxic gases, noise levels, dust concentrations and (indoor) climate.
We make this equipment available to our customers through sale and rental. Our technicians are able to maintain this critical equipment (calibration and repair). We are closely involved with trade associations and are glad to do our bit in our own way.
