Buying a sound calibrator

A sound level meter that has not been calibrated gives at best an indication of the amount of noise, and in many cases that is not enough. With the Casella CEL-120 we have a sound calibrator in our range that is very easy to operate. It is also rugged equipment that can take a knock, which makes it perfectly suitable for use in a working environment. In combination with the Casella sound level meters it is virtually impossible to calibrate incorrectly. Measuring kit for environmental measurements

Do you want to measure noise over a longer period in a situation where the sound level meter needs to be well protected? Then the Casella Environmental Kit is exactly what you need. This kit has been developed specifically for use with the Casella CEL-63x. The kit consists of a sturdy case, weatherproof to IP-65, in which the sound level meter is placed. The supplied extension cable allows the microphone to be positioned up to 30 metres away from the case. The tripod and windshield keep the microphone stable and protected. The Casella Environmental Kit also features a rechargeable battery, allowing you to measure noise for up to 10 days.
