Service Coordinator

As Service Coordinator at BaSystemen you deal with customers on behalf of our service department every day. In this department we maintain, repair and calibrate measuring equipment for occupational health and safety and the environment. Think of equipment for detecting toxic and explosive gases, but also for mapping noise exposure and carrying out air sampling. 

With your technical, project management and communication skills you are able to turn customer expectations into concrete (scheduled) actions for our service department. You also advise customers on whether or not their equipment is still worth repairing, and together with the account manager concerned you draw up a replacement quotation.

You are often on the road to look at the best possible set-up for the maintenance of their equipment together with our customers. You are also able to service equipment yourself, providing extra capacity for your fellow technicians.

You work closely with your colleagues in the Support and Sales departments to help the customer out together. Within the department you work alongside immediate colleagues and the team leader.

What qualities do you bring?

• Senior secondary vocational (MBO+) or higher professional (HBO) level of working and thinking.
• A strong communicator
• Skilled with digital business software
• Affinity with technology, instrumentation and maintenance.
• Professional, structured and willing to think along.
• A sense of humour and eager to learn.
