As a Sales Support Officer you are the linchpin for our customers and prospects. You make sure our customers get what they are entitled to: the best possible experience with our company. You are commercially and socially skilled and switch easily between different tasks. Working together comes naturally to you and you always put the customer's interests first. Your duties include, among other things:
- Supporting the sales team throughout the entire commercial process, from quotation request to order processing
- Drawing up, processing and following up quotations, orders and contracts in the ERP system (MS Business Central)
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and prospects with questions about products, delivery times and orders
- Maintaining daily contact with suppliers about availability, prices and delivery times
- Monitoring agreements, delivery times and deadlines, and acting on them proactively
- Spotting commercial opportunities and contributing ideas to improve processes and customer service
- Ensuring correct administrative handling and up-to-date customer and order data
- Contributing to a pleasant, safe and healthy working environment in which cooperation and fun are central
What qualities do you bring?
- Higher vocational (MBO+) working and thinking level
- A good command of Dutch and English
- Relevant work experience within a technical commercial organisation
- Good knowledge and command of Office 365
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage, preferably MS Business Central

We make this equipment available to our customers through sale and rental. Our technicians are able to maintain this critical equipment (calibration and repair). We are closely involved with trade associations and are glad to do our bit in our own way.
