Blackline Safety G7 Dock
The G7 Dock from Blackline Safety is designed to make calibrating, bump testing and charging G7c devices straightforward. The dock is suitable for all types of G7c devices, regardless of the sensors, and can therefore be used for your entire fleet of G7 devices.
As soon as you take the G7 Dock out of the box, you simply connect it to mains power and a gas cylinder and it is ready for use. A G7 Dock is extremely attractive in terms of price. This has been made possible because no audiovisual hardware, connectivity, menu buttons or other expensive hardware is built in. The G7 Dock has a built-in pump and otherwise makes use of all the clever features of your G7 device.
Via your G7 gas detector, calibration data and bump test data are sent to the cloud for automated compliance tracking and reporting. That way you have everything in one place, without any ethernet cable being involved. Bump tests and calibration are carried out by placing your G7 device in the dock. You never again have to waste time manually collecting data from docking stations and organising it yourself - the G7 Dock does it all, simply.
When a G7 is due for a bump test and/or calibration, the G7 Dock will do this automatically once you place the device in it and close the lid. A calibration can of course also be initiated manually.
Every G7 Dock has five ports at the rear: four gas inlets and one outlet. An example of a dock set-up would be: a G7 Dock connected to a multigas cylinder, NH3 gas, N2 gas and isobutylene. This lets you calibrate all your devices with oxygen, LEL, CO, H2S, NH3 and PID sensors using just one calibration dock. The G7 Dock is also designed to use calibration gas economically.
