Svantek SV 110 Vibration Calibrator
The SV 110 Vibration Calibrator is a portable calibrator designed for verifying machine sensors and for on-site checks of human vibration accelerometers in accordance with ISO 8041.
The compact size of the SV 110 makes it easy to check sensors on machines. Depending on the selected frequency, the user can choose a calibration level from 1 m/s² to 10 m/s². Accelerometers can easily be attached using a mounting bolt, mounting disc or dedicated adapter. The calibrator menu offers a choice between both metric systems, ‘g’ and ‘m/s²’. The menu is operated simply via three push buttons and a small OLED display.
The SV 110 is the perfect solution for calibration checks of hand-arm vibration meters, including Svantek's SV103. In accordance with the requirements of ISO 8041, the calibrator's built-in reference accelerometer measures vibration across the axis (transverse) in order to detect any interference with the calibration signal. Disturbances caused by transverse vibration are indicated by two LEDs on the calibrator housing. This unique solution ensures stability of both the calibration level and the frequency, regardless of the mass of the test object.
The compact size of the SV 110 Vibration Calibrator makes it extremely useful for calibration checks on various types of machine vibration accelerometers.
