SV 804 – Wireless triaxial SBR vibration monitor for buildings & structures

The SV 804 is a standalone monitoring solution for structural vibration in buildings, infrastructure and engineering structures. Thanks to its compact design, this system can be fixed directly to a wall or structure with just one screw. This method is ideal for fast, safe installation, even in hard-to-reach locations.

With automatic detection of vibration, real-time alerts and direct synchronisation with the SvanNET cloud platform, the SV 804 delivers continuous and reliable monitoring without any manual action being required. The device also complies with the Dutch SBR guidelines for vibration.

• Fully automated cloud monitoring
  The SV 804 automatically detects vibration on the basis of PPV thresholds and dominant frequency. With built-in 4G connectivity, measurement data, exceedances and reports are automatically synchronised with SvanNET. Users receive immediate SMS and e-mail notifications.
  
  
• Compact direct-mount installation
  The robust design allows one-handed mounting: one screw, no complex set-up. It can be installed in any orientation.
  
  
• Autonomous power for long-term deployment
  With easily exchangeable batteries the monitor runs autonomously for up to 60 days. For longer projects there is support for PoE (Power over Ethernet), external DC power and solar panels, so that fully off-grid monitoring is possible.
  
  
• Always connected: 4G, LAN & Bluetooth
  In addition to the 4G modem, the SV 804 has LAN and Bluetooth connectivity, ideal for locations with limited or no mobile coverage such as tunnels, industrial installations or underground structures.
  
  
• Certified precision & diagnostic WAV recordings
  The SV 804 is DIN 45669-1 class 1 certified and delivers accurate measurements in accordance with international standards. The option of storing raw WAV signals enables in-depth analysis, validation of events and calculation of FFT and 1/3-octave spectra.
  
  
• Noise & vibration combined (4-channel system)
  In combination with the SV 303 Class 1 noise monitor, an integrated 4-channel system is created that measures vibration and noise synchronously. All measurement data can be managed centrally via SvanNET.
