Renting a benzene-specific PID

A benzene-specific PID is an instrument that only has a PID sensor. Unlike a standard high-end PID, benzene-specific PIDs have an attachment for benzene tubes. As the name suggests, the PID is designed to rule out or trace the presence of benzene. 

As soon as the device responds to volatile organic compounds in the surroundings, a benzene filter tube must be placed in front of the sensor. This filter tube blocks all volatile organic compounds and lets only benzene through. This makes it possible to confirm whether the measured VOC concentration is benzene or another gas.
