Renting a personal noise dosimeter

A personal noise dosimeter is worn on the shoulder so that exposure to noise during (part of) the working day can be monitored. During the measurement every relevant parameter is recorded, such as LAeq, LAFmax, Lcpeak and much more. This allows you to carry out any conceivable analysis on the measurement data afterwards. Additional options for a personal noise dosimeter are audio recording and/or octave band analysis. 

Using audio recording, a number of seconds can be recorded at a given sound level so that it can later be established what caused this noise exposure. 

Using octave band analysis, sound levels are broken down from low to high. This allows you to recommend the right hearing protection, which attenuates as much as possible at the frequency concerned.
