Casella Flow Detective Digital Flow Calibrator
The Casella Flow Detective is the all-in-one calibrator for air sampling pumps. The Flow Detective is robust, accurate and user-friendly. This calibrator helps you calibrate your air sampling pump in accordance with the ISO 13137 standard. The Casella Flow Detective has no moving parts and is therefore insensitive to faults. Calibrations are carried out easily and quickly with a simple interface and a bright, easy-to-read colour display.
Thanks to the long battery life you can be sure the Casella Flow Detective is ready for use. Within seconds of starting up it is ready to measure, so you can calibrate your instruments quickly. With its wide flow range you can calibrate for both sorbent tubes and dust sampling heads.
Unique pulsation detection for ISO 13137
For ISO 13137, pumps must have a pulsation level of less than 10%. Because sampling heads such as cyclones need a constant flow to retain dust particles of a specific size, this pulsation must be as low as possible. The CASELLA Flow Detective shows a red indicator if the pulsation exceeds 10%. The Flow Detective can check the pulsation of any pump.
Bluetooth connection
When calibrating an instrument, the Airwave app can be used to control the CASELLA Flow Detective and store calibration data. When calibrating an Apex2 pump, nothing has to be set on the pump itself.
Send calibration data easily
With the Airwave app you can easily send calibration data by e-mail. This lets you generate traceable calibration reports quickly and easily, both before and after sampling.
