WaveControl WaveMon: the personal EMF meter

Our range includes 3 versions of the WaveControl WaveMon. In our view this is the perfect personal EMF meter, striking an excellent balance between ease of use and wearing comfort on the one hand and accurate measurements and capabilities on the other.

The WaveMon LF-400 measures low-frequency electromagnetic fields from 0 Hz to 400 kHz. The WaveMon RF-8 measures high-frequency electromagnetic fields. In the electric field the RF-8 measures up to 8 GHz, and in the magnetic field up to 1 GHz. The WaveMon RF-60 goes one step further and measures up to 60 GHz in the electric field. The measuring range in the magnetic field is the same as for the RF-8: 1 GHz.

Small, light and extremely versatile

Whichever frequency range you choose, most of the features of the WaveMon series are the same. They are small, lightweight EMF meters that cause very little inconvenience to the user. On every personal EMF meter you can also set the percentage of a specific standard at which an alarm should be triggered. These can be either general public or occupational limits. The WaveMon meters can give a signal by sound, vibration and LEDs.

In addition to the alarms, the personal EMF meters log up to 1,000,000 measurements. These measurements record both the level of exposure and the geographical position and altitude. You can also download the data easily via USB and analyse it further on a computer. If the WaveMon is not being worn by a person, the device can also be used as a stationary EMF meter.
