AccuFIT 9000® Face Fit Tester
With the AccuFIT9000® you bring the most advanced quantitative fit tester into your organisation. Quantitative face fit testing is prescribed by NIOSH and OSHA, among others. The measuring principle used is known as CPC, or Condensation Particle Counting. Internationally, this is regarded as the most accurate and most representative method. A quantitative fit test can be carried out using various protocols. The most widely used in Europe is the so-called HSE protocol (HSE 282/28). The OSHA protocol is also used regularly, particularly by international companies originating from the United States.
The AccuFIT9000® quantitative fit tester can test the following types of respiratory protective equipment:
- FFP3 disposable masks
- Half masks
- Full-face masks
- CBRN (military) gas masks
- PAPRs (Powered Air-Purifying Respirators)
- SCBAs (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus)
- N99 masks
In short, almost anything is possible with one and the same fit test device. The CPC technology of the AccuFIT9000® is highly advanced and has a low detection threshold. As a result, generating additional particles is hardly ever necessary!
