Riken Keiki GX-9000
The Riken Keiki GX-9000 is a multi-gas detector designed to detect a range of gases in industrial environments, with the aim of safeguarding the safety of employees. This portable gas detector offers extensive capabilities, including the detection of explosive gases as a percentage of the lower explosive limit (%LEL), oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulphide (H2S), carbon dioxide (CO2), ammonia (NH3), chlorine (Cl2), ozone (O3), hydrogen chloride (HCl), sulphur dioxide (SO2), hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in the air. In addition, it can measure high concentrations of flammable gases (VOL%) and oxygen (O2) in nitrogen (N2) or inert gas.
Exceptional about the Riken Keiki GX-9000 is, among other things, its ability to measure up to six different gas concentrations simultaneously. The alarm function warns users immediately when gas concentrations exceed the preset thresholds, allowing a rapid response to potentially hazardous conditions. In terms of design, the GX-9000 is a portable gas detector with a pump function, fitted with an LCD display, LED indicators and a speaker that raise the alarm when gas concentrations exceed the alarm thresholds, so hazardous gas concentrations are detected at an early stage.
