Click! Flexi Stationary Biogas Analyser

With more than 30 years of experience, the Click! Flexi is Gas Data's most versatile fixed biogas analyser. The Click! Flexi makes it possible to set up permanent biogas analysis with an unlimited number of sampling points. Thanks to its modular components, the Click! Flexi is easy to configure exactly as required so that the system fits the intended application perfectly.

The instrument simultaneously measures the most common components in biogas, such as methane (CH4), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2), hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and hydrogen (H2).

The innovative sample and purge system removes moisture from the gas prior to gas analysis. The data can be read directly on the display, but is also available via customer-specified outputs such as modbus, profibus, profinet and 4-20 mA. Using a modem and the optional Gas Data Portal, it is also possible to view the measurement data on the web portal from anywhere in the world. 

An integrated leak alarm immediately activates the auto-shutdown function in the event of a leak in the sampling line. 

The Click! Flexi can be used in, for example, the biogas industry, the biomethane industry or the syngas/synthesis gas industry.
