Blackline Safety G7 Exo Cloud-Connected Area Monitor

Meet the Blackline G7 EXO. The world’s first cloud-connected area monitor with integrated 2G/3G/4G communication. Once the G7 EXO has started up, the gas sensors are checked and the device is immediately ready to measure. A unique feature of the G7 EXO is its unrivalled battery life of 100+ days of continuous operation. This means you can carry out a complete maintenance shutdown without having to recharge these watchdogs. The devices are available with a choice of more than 20 different sensors. The EXO is certified for use in ATEX Zone 0.

An additional advantage is the 4G connection, which automatically establishes a link with the Blackline Safety Portal so that all G7 EXOs can be monitored in real time for excessive gas levels. Naturally the device does not only raise the alarm online: people on site are also warned by an audible and visual alarm.

The EXO also has an emergency latch that can be activated in all kinds of emergency situations. An employee can use it to establish a two-way voice connection with the safety portal administrator you have appointed. Conversely, an alarm can be triggered from the safety portal, putting a particular area — or even every EXO — into alarm. In the event of an evacuation a message can be shown on the display, such as: Evacuation, proceed to assembly point 2.

All additional options can of course be disabled, so that the EXO can be used purely as a watchdog with extreme battery life. That keeps things simple on projects where no extras are required.
