Rent a soil moisture meter

A soil moisture meter is a measuring instrument that determines the moisture content of soil on the basis of electrical pulses. It is an instrument that is widely used in occupational health and safety during soil remediation work. According to the Dutch labour inspectorate (SZW) it is compulsory to measure the soil moisture content if employees may come into contact with non-volatile substances or asbestos. This content must be at least 10% and can be determined with a soil moisture meter.
