Assay 584 Badge for measuring Personal Exposure to Ammonia

The 584 Ammonia Badge from Assay Technology is the simplest way to measure personal exposure to ammonia vapour (NH3). Ammonia is collected on glass fibre treated with sulphuric acid. The glass fibre is desorbed with deionised water and analysed as ammonium ion using ion chromatography.

The Assay 584 Badges are extremely easy to deploy for personal exposure measurements. Clip the 584 Badge onto the work clothing of the person you want to monitor and the measurement can begin. No other equipment, batteries, tubing or pumps are needed. Once the measurement is complete, the 584 Badge has to be sent to a laboratory of your choice. Of course, you can also return the 584 Badge to BaSystemen and we will take the work off your hands. 

Please note: to guarantee the maximum shelf life of the product, the 584 badge must be kept refrigerated. Try to keep shipping to a maximum of two days and therefore avoid shipping over the weekend. Store refrigerated on receipt.
