Single Gas Clip Dock
The Single Gas Clip Dock (SGC Dock) from Gas Clip Technologies is an all-in-one docking station designed for maximum bump test/calibration efficiency and portability. Housed in a rugged case with ample USB memory, this station is able to test all Single Gas Clips accurately and store calibration data while reducing test time and gas consumption.
Traditional docking stations are designed to test just one gas detector at a time, resulting in time-consuming calibrations and unnecessary use of calibration gas. Gas Clip Technologies has significantly improved both test time and gas consumption with the SGC Dock; users can now test 4 instruments simultaneously, saving both time and money!
Detector configuration/firmware updates
To ensure your fleet of gas detectors complies with the correct settings, the SGC Dock allows every detector to be programmed during bump testing or calibration. If, for example, your company requires every detector on site to have specific alarm set points and a bump test interval, then instead of programming each detector individually, the instruments can be programmed in groups while a bump test is carried out at the same time using our GCT Manager software.
SGC Dock wall mount
The SGC Dock is also available in a wall-mounted version. Instead of the case, we offer a compact cabinet that can easily be mounted on the wall. Feel free to request this option at the time of ordering, or contact us to convert your current SGC Dock to the wall-mounted version.
