MultiRAE 2

The MultiRAE 2 is an advanced multi-gas detector that has proved its worth for well over ten years and is still widely sold. Using up to 5 sensors simultaneously, the device measures oxygen, explosive gases, toxic gases and/or volatile organic compounds. It combines a wide-range PID sensor with a large choice of NDIR and electrochemical sensors. The main difference between the MultiRAE 2 and the MultiRAE Lite or Pro lies in the measuring range and the resolution of the PID sensor. On the MultiRAE 2 this is 0 to 5000 ppm with a resolution of 0.1 ppm (Lite: 0-1000 ppm; res: 1ppm).

The optional wireless capabilities of the MultiRAE 2 increase safety because safety personnel or supervisors have immediate real-time access to instrument readings and statuses from any location, so the situation can be responded to more quickly.
