Analox CO₂Buddy single-gas CO₂ detector

The CO₂ Buddy personal gas detector is designed to detect carbon dioxide (CO₂) and to warn of dangerous levels in confined spaces. The CO₂ Buddy is suitable for a wide range of applications in which CO₂ is used, including pub and bar cellars, walk-in coolers, fast food restaurants, agricultural greenhouses, medical laboratories and food packaging plants.

The CO₂ Buddy provides personal protection for delivery drivers, service engineers and maintenance staff who work at multiple sites where CO₂ is used but where monitoring by fixed gas detection is not guaranteed. The gas detector is charged using a micro-USB cable. It is also a rugged yet lightweight gas detector. The CO₂ Buddy uses Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology to detect CO2. The NDIR system monitors the surrounding air for the specific CO2 molecules.
