What services does BaSystemen provide?
BaSystemen is the full-service supplier of measuring instruments for occupational health, environment and safety. We sell, rent out and maintain measuring instrumentation.
The equipment is sometimes complex. That is why BaSystemen also provides training and courses on the measuring equipment.

I want my measuring equipment calibrated. How should I send it?

9743 AL Groningen - Request a UPS collection order from us.
At BaSystemen we use UPS and can create a collection order for your parcel. You tell us the preferred collection day. We then send you a shipping label to stick on the box.
Make sure the contents of your parcel are always in a box, otherwise UPS will not take it. - Contact your account manager at BaSystemen. Your company may be on the route and he or she could bring it along for you.
Do I need to make an appointment to visit your office?
You are always welcome at our office. Feel free to drop by to bring in measuring instruments for calibration or to have a cup of coffee.
If you have specific requirements such as product training or product advice, it is helpful to make an appointment with us in advance. That way you can be sure a specialist is present to help you further.
How long will I be without my equipment during calibration and/or maintenance?
You will usually have your equipment back within 5 working days. It can happen, however, that parts are not in stock and have a long delivery time.
In all cases you can request loan equipment from us to bridge the calibration and maintenance period. That way you can safely carry on working.
Alternatively, it is possible to schedule an appointment at your site. You will then have the equipment ready again within a day.
