Your privacy is very important to BaSystemen BV. We therefore comply with privacy law. This means your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain everything we do at the website www.basystemen.nl with information we learn about you.

Handling your order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data in order to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service so that the order can be delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your name and address details, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and invoice address. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information for two years
after your order has been completed, and for seven years thereafter (that is the statutory retention period).

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics on the use of our website. With these statistics we improve our website so that, for example, we show only relevant information. We may combine your personal data
with one another in order to learn more about you. We will of course respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always let us know.

For this we use your telephone number, e-mail address, name and address details and gender. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information for one year.

Contact form and newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.

For this we use your e-mail address, telephone number and name and address details. We have a legitimate interest in doing so. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response, and for six
months thereafter. That way we can easily retrieve the information for any follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to become even better.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. In it you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Your e-mail address is added automatically to the list of subscribers. This data is kept until one month after you have cancelled the subscription.

Advertising
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:

• by e-mail
• via social media
• by telephone

You can object to this advertising at any time. Every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. You can indicate this when you are called.

Disclosure to other companies or institutions
Under no circumstances do we give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except where this is necessary for our website or where we are legally obliged to do so (for example if the police demand it in the case of a
suspicion of a crime).

Our website includes social media buttons. Through these, the operators of these services collect your personal data.
