Why stationary dust monitors?
If your company faces situations in which the risk of raised dust levels is always lurking, a stationary dust monitor is what you need. These are advanced devices permanently installed at strategic locations within your company. A stationary dust monitor continuously measures the concentration of dust particles in the air and can report on it in real time. If problems arise because concentrations are too high, you are informed in good time and can intervene appropriately.
In addition, stationary dust monitors record and analyse dust levels over time. This gives you insight into trends in this area, so you can make better long-term decisions when it comes to health and safety measures. It is even possible to receive an update by email or text message when limit values are exceeded.
Extensive range
For measuring dust in ATEX environments, the Air XD and TM-F Ex are suitable. The Air XD has a high measuring range and measures up to 5 times more accurately than the industry standard. The TM-F Ex is robust, compact and low-maintenance, making it highly suitable for long-term measurements in environments with high dust levels, such as air handling ducts. Especially for measuring silica dust there is the Air XS Silica Respirable Quartz Dust Monitor.
The most straightforward dust sensor in our range is the TM-F, which is therefore mainly suitable as a sensor for total dust levels. The TM-F COM is comparable, but equipped with online functionality. This means the signals from these stationary dust monitors can be transmitted wirelessly and displayed on any device with an internet connection.
