The CRY2623M is a fixed acoustic camera that continuously monitors and analyses acoustic data within industrial installations. With an advanced 128-microphone array and beamforming technology, the system visualises sound sources in real time and links them to high-resolution video images. Thanks to the robust IP66 housing and extensive network options, this camera is ideal for the continuous monitoring of critical installations such as compressors, pipelines, cables and high-voltage equipment.
The CRY2623M forms part of a modern, data-driven maintenance strategy in which predictability, safety and uptime are central.
The CRY2623M is designed for non-stop monitoring of industrial processes. The system detects and analyses abnormal sound profiles that indicate leaks, wear or electrical discharges. When preset thresholds are exceeded, the camera immediately generates a fault alarm, making timely intervention possible. Thanks to support for LAN, WiFi, ADSL, 4G and private networks, integration within existing IT and OT infrastructure is easy to achieve.
The camera detects ultrasonic sound produced by gas or vacuum leaks and visualises the exact leak point in real time. Even small leaks – such as 53 CCM at a distance of 10 metres – are located quickly and reliably. The CRY2623M is suitable for all gas types, including compressed air, nitrogen, hydrogen and natural gas. Detecting leakage losses at an early stage prevents downtime and safety incidents.
The CRY2623M recognises and classifies partial discharges such as corona, surface and suspension discharge. This function is essential for monitoring the integrity of electrical installations, especially in high-voltage environments. Thanks to real-time visualisation and automatic classification, maintenance teams can intervene quickly and precisely to prevent damage and downtime.
For environments that are hard to reach or hazardous, the CRY2623M can be integrated on robot platforms such as quadruped robots (robotic dogs) and autonomous vehicles (AGVs). This creates mobile inspection units that carry out inspection rounds autonomously and detect deviations without any staff involvement.
